No internet KA6

My internet won't let any of my devices connect to it. this is an ongoing issue that happens at least once a week.
Done the test my broadband again on the app and it's coming back saying no faults everything is good. 
There's normally 3 lights on the front of the router lit up green. I have 1 green for power. Internet flashing red then WiFi green. 
I've switched off at the wall and left for 2 mins then switched back on with no joy.

An invite was sent but there was no response within 48 hours so it has automatically closed.

This is a persistent problem. 
WiFi is dropping out at least once a day. 
it was been off since last night. 2 green lights & orange flashing one in the middle. 
when running tests it's saying there's no problem. 
I need this sorted.

@JW92  Your broadband is dropping out not your Wi-Fi. Does your broadband come back itself or do you have to re-boot the router for this to take effect?

If you wish to call you can call Sky free by dialling 150 from a Sky Talk landline or a Sky Mobile, alternatively you can use:
https://www.sky.com/help/home
UK customers: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number.
ROI customers: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a dedicated 0818 ROI number.
(The forum doesn’t allow us to type the numbers in full).

You will find that similar to calling other large companies the start will be automated which may also try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and don’t hang up. If necessary say nothing when the automated system asks you what your call is about as it should then route your call into a queue for the next available agent.
