No internet Connection

All the tests come back positive, all the lights are green on the router, yet there is still no Internet connection.

@SeaState  Have you tried to re-boot the router to see if this helps at all with all green lights?

As mentioned, I've been through all the troubleshooting steps multiple times, which includes rebooting the router
