No internet/Broadband

Internet is down although service checker says that my broadband/wifi is fine. Can a sky representative contact me ASAP to resolve this issue?

I’m having the exact same issue. Sky says everything is fine but can't connect and despite resetting everything my internet light in my modem is off.

I've no internet - based in sidcup, Kent. Sky says all fine but I've reset/unplugged and WiFi light stays amber. Went down approx 12.30am 21st June.

I have the same problem. Since around 00:30 my internet went down & still down. I've checked all my devices and even reboot and still no internet but sky says there's no problem with my line 🤔🤔🤔 You can't even get help until 8am when the helpline opens 😬

Hello to all my local friends! At least I know it's a sky issue. Just frustrating as spent an hour trying to fix it and working from home tomorrow. Gonna have to get up earlier to make sure it's sorted 😞
