No interest

No Internet sky checker says everything is OK and im disabled phones down as well

The service checker doesn't necessarily disclose a problem immediately and there can be an hour plus delay before it picks up a lost connection which is why on here we tend to advise on trying it again later.


When there are broadband issues between midnight and 7am it could be essential overnight maintenance taking place. It is carried out at those times to minimise disruption and there is no advance warning provided.

I have the same issue.. the audacity to lie on the service checker is the best bit.

All this lies regarding service is down total lies im disabled phone lines down as well time for a change i think

I've left BT and came over to them due to reoccurring issues. Instead of trying to polish up what they have they should master it first!

You should be classed as a priority and any outages they should be transparent with and try to sort ASAP
