No input. Check the external input.

If my problem is not resolved soon, I will cancel my contract.  It has been a week now without my problem being resolved and I cannot talk anymore to Simon the On-line chat guy.  I have tried everything now and spent hours re-booting, turning off everything and turning them all back on again.  Simon (Robot) said that it must be my TV, well it isn't because I have been using my V to just watch TV for a week.  I have polished the floor, cleaned the oven, changed the sheets on the bed, and it is still not working!!!!!!

If you do so within a minimum term then you are liable for a penalty fee, no matter what the circumstances.

 

Have you actually been able to log a fault with Sky and had that confirmed?

 

Interactions with online automated systems don't actually count for anything if they don't lead to an Openreach booking.

Yes I have a call log beginning with KMM.............. this is my reply from SKY.  Many thanks for you reply.

I have written exactly what I have done and it is what any person on a helpdesk would ask me to do.  I do not know why they do not just send me a new Q Box?

Going through a diagnostic script usually results in a Q television box being swapped out.
