For the past three weeks my internet is dropping out continually

For the past three weeks, my wifi connection continually drops. I work from home and have to connect to my phone´s hotspot to do video calls. Web pages often don´t load and need refreshing and it is impossible to run a video meeting.

Does the same happen over ethernet?

How many WiFi connected devices do you have? Your router looks rather busy.

Hi,

it's been fine without any changes for the last year. While there are 12 devices registered to WiFi network few run together. I've not tried anything connected via an Ethernet cable although Disney channel has been buffering recently too.
