No inernet

Line down on side of the road. Been 5 days. & no one has told us how long before they fix it.

Have you reported the issue to Sky as it will be Openreach that will need to fix it and it most cases they sim to respond within 3-5 working days but it can take longer if they need to get permission from councils to dig up paths or roads depending on where the fault is.

@Ste5836 Can you please run the service checker, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.


After the service checker completes and if it comes back green all good can you click on broadband to run an updated test please. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

Like I said line down on the side of the road. All I want to know is when is it going to be fixed. We have old people with no phone WHAT IF THINGS GO WRONG
