My hub hasn’t arrived and due to be connected first thing tomorrow

I can see it's stuck In midlands but hasn't moved since Friday,just spoke to sky and I've got to continue with installation and hopefully it will turn up ?and then easy to install apparently!

I'd first get in contact with RM to see if they can solve the problem. If not Sky will need to send another
