No hub no broadband no contact from sky and no way to contact you if this is the best you can do then please cancel my order. Went live today the only thing Wright was my old broadband got cancelled.

This is mainly a customer helps customer forum so you’re not talking to Sky Customer Services. Sky won’t know who you are from your Community log-in name.
If you definitely want to cancel the order/installation you will need to contact Sky. If you already have a Sky Mobile call free by dialling 150, otherwise you can use:

UK: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number.
ROI: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0818 number.
