No help from Sky so forced to come here

Hi all,

 

So I don't seem to be able to get connected to a human rep from Sky to look at my issue.

 

I have recently upgraded my broadband to the fastest one and all tests show the connection is good, no issues at all. Shows the output speed is averaging at 600Mbps but the reality is I am only receiving around 40-50Mbps to my broadband as showing on speed checker websites.

 

The internet now feels slower than before and is cutting out more where the connection is dropping.

 

Is it the hardware issue? What is the problem here and how do I fix it?
