I switched to Sky 2 days ago.
My emails are on an independent server - not through sky.
Now I can't connect with my email server on any device via Broadband. I can collect emails on phone data but not on the broadband service so not on my laptop, where I need them to be.
I get error "0x80042108 Outlook cannot connect to your incoming (POP3) e-mail server".
Please help.

I have the same issue since two days ago and have checked and the Sky Shield is disabled - were you able to find a solution to this as I am fine if I use other networks but get the cant connect to the POP3 server when connected to SKY Broadband
