No dial tone, interference on line along with Sky glass freezing

No dial tone on landline can only hear interference on line, Sky Glass picture freezing intermittently

Problem rectified this morning by Openreach, damaged cable leading into the terminal box, all now hunky dory

No dial tone

To add this is the third time we have had the same problem in the past month

@Mac709 you need to report the issue to Sky gven your landline is out of action I am escalating your post to Sky who should be in touch to offer a private chat through the forum where a chat button will appear.
