No connection

when I go on my sky app and run the broadband and WiFi tests it says it's fine and the speed will say it's fast but none of my devices are working but they say they have WiFi.

i tried to forget the WiFi on my devices but the WiFi now doesn't come up?

If you have the white Sky Max hub hold the WPS button for 30 seconds.
