Discussion topic: No connection

No connection

Have switched on and off 

all lights are green 

have completed diagnostic test 

checked speed all good 

however no devices are connecting to the broadband 

tv 

all phones, laptops, tablets 

nothing is connecting - shows the spinning connection trying but does not completely connect
