My wifi is unable to connect. The internet is not showing green on the device.

My wifi is unable to connect. The internet is not showing green on the device. It is only showing the power green light and the wifi green light. The internet green light is not showing. My activitation date is 15th July 2024.  Kindly assist enable the internet on my newly installed wifi
