No connection

Hi there, 

I am experiencing no connection at all with my WiFi - my laptop is not connecting, I cannot use my smart tv and forced to use data on my mobile. There is no overload of devises etc and I have been unable to send work emails as well as obviously watch any programmes etc 

I've used the helpguidelines turning the hub on and off as well as checking the ONT and all appropriate lights are on etc etc 

I need help asap please!

Exactly the same problem. Service checker is saying everything is fine but nothing is connecting and the internet light isn't on on the router.
