No connection

For the second day running I have had to reset my hub to get my Internet working yet when I run test it says there no problems can u help please getting very annoying now and still a new customer

@Jazza5400 can you pist your black Sky hub's connection stats as they will help,forum membersxto advise see Find your Sky Broadband router statistics

 

If you bavectge newxwhite hub we cannot get those stats if that applies can you say if you are on full fibre orca copper line and tgexsymptoms.
