No connection

I'm am paying for sky internet and it's not connecting to anything in the house this last month which means I'm paying for something that doesn't work and using all my mobile data aswell

@Maryellen Have you called sky to report this as a fault. You can dial 150 from your landline if you have one, remain on the line, or listen to the prompts and you will be connected to one of the agents.
