No connection to internet

For over a week I keep getting no connection to internet for all my devices at home. 
I work from home and this is now becoming a huge inconvenience. 
can you please advice why this keeps happening? As I currently have no internet. Thanks

If you haven’t done it already use the below link to check to see if there are any broadband problems or outages nearby
