No connection to Internet

Last night you changed Internet speed now I have no Internet

As this is a customer helps customer forum then nobody here changed anything.

 

The first thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker


If there isn't try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.


If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.

@Robert181 Did you have a requested speed upgrade, that is a call to sky for you and time is getting short if you want it checked by this evening!

They downgrade the speed as i complained about the  price d they put on cheaper rate slower speed and now no Internet at all worked for i hour great to nothing

@Robert181 You do not say what you had then to what you have now, and if sky did change it all, may be worth switching everything off for 10 minutes and starting from there.
