No connection sky max hub
my WiFi max hub has always been glitchy we live in a rural area the gaurenteed download speed is only 40 something mb or whatever it is, we have to have the hub connected to the master phone socket which is unfortunately located in our kitchen we have tried to make sure it's not too close to the appliances but a couple days ago it was knocked over accidentally to the stone floor & now it's continuously disconnecting devices from the WiFi which is causing my kids to despair we have subsequently drained our mobile data in between I have uploaded a photo of the set up but cannot seem to get any customer help with this, tried the online chat that just went on circles. We are a low income family & I really need an engineer or possibly a replacement box. I see there is also a thing called sky social tariff which I believe we are entitled to. It's just frustrating paying around £50 a month for internet that doesn't work properly now doesn't work at all pretty much I accept the knock may have been the cause but this where the engineer had to to set it up which is an awkward location to start with we've had it for 8 years & to be fair done quite well til now.

Re: No connection sky max hub
Try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.
Details can be found here about the social tariff:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-social-tariff
If you are currently a Sky Broadband or Sky Mobile customer then as per this link you need to make sure you have your Nationall Insurance number to hand then give Sky a call using the options at the bottom of the page (No, I sill need help > Yes > Call Us).
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can
