No connection on some devices

Had full fibre 150 fitted 6th Jan, everything was working great until yesterday. Devices upstairs say connected but no Internet, then sky q box went the the same. Did a reset on router (unplugged it) managed to get skyq working. This morning I went and had a go getting the upstairs devices work (samsung tv, Xbox 1, + Ps5) Xbox and Ps5 wired TV wireless. Managed to get them all working. I came home an hour ago and they've all gone again. The router is showing three green lights voice light amber. When I do test on sky it says everything working.
