I had my broadband hub delivered which I set up but the internet is not connecting

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Grace1510 The hubs usally arrive a couple of days beforecthe line is activated so check the confirmation email to find the date or it should be in the My Orders section of the My Sky app.
