I am trying to set up my ps4 games machine, everything goes as it should but after inputting the sky broadband password it checks the connection to my router and reports it as failed. I have tried it both wifi and with a LAN cable from the ps4 to my router with the same result. I have tried everything I can think of but sticks at the same point. I'd be obliged for any ideas
