@Fluffy1979You will have to call Sky and speak to them just dial 150 and listen for the prompts.

If your broadband is working for other devices then it's not a 'broadband fault': it's a fault with the way the Sky+ box is trying to talk to the broadband router.

 

Is your Sky+ box using built-in WiFi, ethernet cable or an add-on Mini Wireless Connector?

Yes have it years. Lad time I had a problem with sky. Chat helped cannot understand why it's a problem to connect me with chat now
