No catch up tv

  • Catch up TV not working says broadband not connecting but WiFi working with phone

Sky plus. Catch up won't work says no connection. I done the test and it said broadband fault

@Fluffy1979If there is a broadband fault, have you ran the broadband test to enable you to book an egineer?

@Fluffy1979 Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

 

If a fault is found then as it says should let you book an enginner.

@Fluffy1979If there is a problem with the hub then you will need to give Sky a call so they can further investigate if the router is at fault. Just dial 150 on your landline and listen through the prompts and just stay on the line.

@Fluffy1979They open at 7am - 10pm but not all departments are open at 7am.
