No cable

So basically I have no cable from the open reach box (power) that was already here when I started renting my apartment, to the sky broadband box itself! 
just wondering if someone could help me on wha to do next?! My sky broadband is being activated at some point today.

@Georgie28- Is it the ONT power PSU unit that is missing, or the Ethernet cable required to connect the ONT to the sky Hub? Pictures posted have to be approved for viewing!
