No cable

Hi I have received my Sky router, but I have only received an RJ45 cable, I need a cable which is RJ45 to RJ11 to connect  my fibre wall socket (RJ45) into the router which is  RJ11. Can you please send out.

If you have full fibre (FTTP) it is a cable from the ONT on the wall, (the box with lights on it), to port 4 on the hub.  They are both RJ45.  The RJ11 DSL port is not used with full fibre.

 

Edit: I assume from the description RJ45 Fibre socket on the wall that it is FTTP.  If it is the old phone master socket you are connecting to then you need a cable with RJ11 at both ends and it does connect to the DSL port on the router.  This is only a customer to customer help forum.  You will need to phone customer serivices to get them to send you a cable.

@Ron51 Take a look at the install information, sky do not have a cable like you describe so not getting one off those for sure.

Use the yes i have internet calls to see all the options...
