No broadband

I've just switched to sky and followed all instructions to start up. The hub is on and WiFi is on but no internet. I've troubleshooted but still no joy

@Heatheramh What is the hub connected to by cable, and is the old ISP hub still working?

Its connection with the Ethernet cable provided by sky. The old isp is still working

@Heatheramh If the old ISP hub is still working and you have a broadband connection on it leave it on and working at present!

 

Electronic version for connecting and installing a sky hub. Just follow the yes i have Internet calls, ignore the phone plug in if not using!

Thank you. I'll have a go with your suggestion but probably in the morning as I'm weary of trying today. I've been looking for answers and trying to get in touch with sky most of the day. I'll update tomorrow. Thank you.

Then despite what the text told you it appears that changeover has not taken place yet so keep your old ISPs router/hub plugged in and when this stops working then connect up your Sky one.
