No broadband

I have no broadband. Have turned the router off and on several times and no light for broadband on..WiFi light is on. Cannot connect to anything and just want to speak to a human being at Sky. And then move my internet to another better provider as sky is crap

First thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:

If there isn't try running the line test here:

 

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
