No broadband

My hub is not connecting to my sky box, I have no WiFi. Even tho your saying there's no issue in this area

Unfortunately the Sky message is rather poorly worded: the absence of an outage in the area which affects multiple addresses still means it's quite possible your individual circuit is down.
