No broadband

The broadband router is showing two orange lights one for internet and one for  voice. This has been like this since this morning

Hi thanks. Went through the process still not working had to get in contact with an operator we have a new router now. Still not convinced it's the cure, we will see 👍🏻

@Allan+Worsley Takes a couple off hours for sky to work out if area wide fault or just a single direct connection, very hard to determine as both look identical to the Sky Service checker software, but both links and information are attached below, Amber light NO connection trust the lights!
