No broadband

Have no broadband on any device. Sky checker says all ok have rebooted router and have 4 solid green lights. When I check connection on my phone it says invalid password but it isn't and should connect automatically

@MrsO if your devices cannot conect and are reporting the wrong password you may need to reset the hub by pressing and holding in the rest pin on the black hubs until the power led flashes. If you have the new white hub press and hold in the WPS button for 30 seconds. This will return the hub to its factory settings and the password on the label will work

 

If a reset works and your devices connect again consider if somebody has changed the WiFi password without you knowing? Some kids think it is funny but it could nbe malicious. If either is a possibility consider changing the WiFi and admin passwords to something only uou know to stop it happening again see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/find-and-change-your-wireless-password
