Same here. The activation date of my plan is 20 September but currently still no internet available. The engineer from Kelly communication said the modem is all good and it's the problem of sky. I Called sky the first time, the staff said they were investigating and the next day I received a sms saying my internet is active but indeed still can't connect to the internet. Called the second time and the staff said its because of power outage but I checked just now the power is normal in the area and just my broadband got problem, couldn't express enough my anger and frustration

I'm literally on the phone right now trying to get it sorted. Not happy at all. And kids definitely aren't either

Have rung up to be told they tried to activate it yesterday but a fault was found in the connection box so need to wait for engineer from openreach to go out, when they sill they can't say 😡😡😡😡😡 so annoyed as the engineer should not have left yesterday if the pon light wasn't lit on the box.
