Re: No broadband or wifi
Try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can

Re: No broadband or wifi
I've just moved to full fibre and mine keeps doing this too all week. Can't do anything. Sky isn't helpful and isn't updating me with anything. Tried all the online help and nothing is working!

Re: No broadband or wifi
@Miller1966 & @Just+Jade the online checker does not pick up all faults especially if tge issue is not with the conection your hub but with tge WiFi signal in your home. If the lights on the hub show the line is dropping then call Sky to see what thry can do. If the hub stays connected but your devices are losing connection in some rooms you msy need to consider upgrading the WiFi in your home.
