Restarted devices, ran service checker (says all is good everything connected). Switched hub off and open reach socket, ran service checker and apparently everything is connected. Lie. It's been over 20mins and still no service.

No internet AGAIN! 2nd Nght running - service in and out. Yet.... service checker says all ok. ????

At 2.36 in the morning it could be maintenance taking place on the line.

I can understand a blip now and then, though this seems to be a regular occurance. The fact that the 'Service Checker' does not recognise any issues, just adds to the frusatration. I'm keeping a log of down times, so can see if there is a pattern. I'm hoping not!
Fingers crossed, it may just be the severe weather affecting service, though I do wish that Sky were up front about it, rather than have an app saying everything is working absiolutely fine - when it is not.
