Discussion topic: No broadband or telephone line. Sheffield area. Service checker is useless!

Restarted devices, ran service checker (says all is good everything connected). Switched hub off and open reach socket, ran service checker and apparently everything is connected. Lie. It's been over 20mins and still no service.
