Currently on a huge call queue as test checker can't solve. Says no issues in area. Husband been stuck in the house all day with nothing as he has no mobile so had no way to contact. And he is disabled.

As there are no issues in your local area try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

Thanks but I had already done all that before I then phoned them. Then they automatically checked and put me in the queue for an advisor. Just off the phone. There is a fault on the line into the property. We use Sky Glass too so we have nothing. Waiting for a technician update
