No broadband on activation date

Openreach came and installed my new Sky fibre yesterday. When they finished they said it would take a couple of hours for the connection to be activated. 16 hours has now passed, and still nothing - only 2 green lights on the hub, no Internet available, and my Sky App still says activation due, with yesterday's date. Am I missing something on my end, or have they made a mistake?

@MrWatermelon something is wrong so you need to check with Sky to help I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private online chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the brightly coloured chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.
