Totally let down by Open reach not installing WiFi cable to house. Been going on for weeks. Sky TV appointment also canceled but they have taken £94 from my account. Have no WiFi and work from home. Took 2 days off work unpaid for 2 appointments that never happened. Moved from Virgin because of their terrible customer service but Sky have already let me down before installation even begun. I am totally stuck and already seriously out of pocket.
I simply don't know what to do and no-one has any answers they just agree, apologise but resolve nothing.
This surely isn't normal?

We are having this exact same issue, has been going on for over 3 weeks. Had 4 appointments booked
2 open reach engineers came 1 not turned up and 1 sky engineer still not resolved. Their now saying its an issue in the area but when I run service check there's no issues in the area
Have you had your case resolved?

Nothing resolved Just another review date from them for Tuesday but I am learning this means nothing
