No broadband hub

I'm new to sky, broadband and tv. I've received the tv box but still waiting for the broadband hub to be posted. The service starts Monday when full fibre is fixed. Should the hub have been delivered by now or am I worrying unnecessarily.

You aren’t talking to Sky by posting here. If you are new to the forum then welcome to the Community which is made up predominantly of Sky customers helping other Sky customers with additional help from Superusers like myself.

Hubs for new activations are normally dispatched via Royal Mail to arrive a 'few days' prior to the activation date.

Based on the experience my son had, once it has been dispatched you should be able to track it through Royal Mail. The postman/woman will usually leave it hidden if no one is in. You shouldn't need to sign for it.

They should also pop a card through the letterbox telling you where it was left and the tracking should show some information on it too.

@Aub-B  The hub may be delivered tomorrow or Satyrday as Sky normally aim to deliver 2 days before service goes live, if none is received when your service goes live feel free to post back on the community
