Cannot call Sky as they do not recognise my mobile number ......

We try to contact sky, but our mobile  number is not recognised (although this number is the actual number in our account). We tried 8 numbers now, but cannot get through.
Is there a number that we can call that lets  us through.
We have an onging complaint ..... Sky complaint, reference [Removed]
