No broadband for 12 days
I have been without my broadband since the 20th of December now, which for us means no tv ( sky glass ) no broadband, no home phone, we live in a low signal area so our 4g doesn't work but it's eating my saved piggy bank data like a kid in a candy shop. Every time I phone sky they say it's a network issue but you can't talk to the network team, I was lied too and told there was an outage in our area and that it was fixed on Christmas Eve, but our broadband has never been fixed and our ONT was showing 3 green lights the whole time. I am a vulnerable customer with disabilities and I really need these services and it's causing me great anxiety. Because they supposedly fixed it the repair was closed and then reopened which meant another 72 hour wait for escalation, that was on the 27th but it's still not working with no communication from sky. I'm not sure where to go from here. Any advice would be great. We have a Green power light, no internet light, Green Wi-Fi light and orange voice light, ONT is ok and booster box has 3 green lights.

The first thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker
If there isn't try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

There is no outages but the link you gave doesn't work, just says there is an issue. I've tried running tests but it it just says I have an engineer booked but it's said that for 10 days and it never shows a date or time.
