No broadband connection

My SQ BOX DOES NOT HAYS ANY BROADBAND COCCECTION . I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING AND STILL HAVING PROBLEM. SKY Q MINI ALSO NOT CONNECTING TO MAIN BOX

@Scole csll Sky if your Sky Q boxes are not connecting correctly.
