No broadband connection

Hi. This happened again. Almost every 3 days the connection drops. No internet. Need help

Do you have full fiber 150 contract? I had a lower one before and no problem. This one keeps dropping since I got it September. Not much help from sky as even when no internet the checker on their account shows fully working.

The internet always comes back after 30 minutes or if I restart the hub. The problem is that this happens almost every day. Still wait for sky to help.
