No broadband but app want to tell me its fine!

Sky hub is showing no light for internet but green lights for WiFi and power, with a red light for voice (we don't have a phone). The open reach box on the wall is showing a red light on LOS but green lights for LAN and power. When I try and fix it in the sky app is tells me there's a problem, I run the 'fix it' thing and then it tells me it's all ok. It's definitely still not working! Please help!

Same issue here as well! The app shows the connection is OK, but none of my devices can get connected to WiFi.
