No broadband at new house

Hi, we moved into our new house on 21st March, we did the move home process with sky and around lunch time yesterday I had a text saying our broadband was up and running. We got to the new house plugged in the router and there's no Internet connection, the light has just remained red.

@Missmarsh144 you need to call Sky this morning as they should have had a report overnight from Openreach who may have hit a snag.
