No broadband (again!)

There is no broadband at my home (again!). I've ran the tests everything is fine apparently yet I just have a flashing internet light (or no light at all). I wanted to watch 1 thing today, and I now can't cos  the broadband isn't working. We've ran the tests - apparently all fine. Please sort out asap. I am this close to leaving sky broadband as the service is ridiculous.
