It says it seems you have no internet connection on the TV so you can't watch you tube or any app on tv it happens so many times , you press and hold a button on router does nothing, I've rebooted unplugged all that stuff it's hopeless .

@jassey25 Is it only the TV you have an issue with and everything else is fine with the broadband and all your other devices etc!

@jassey25 Is it only the TV you have an issue with and everything else is fine with the broadband and all your other devices etc!

Yes its always the tv everything else works fine

@jassey25 Does you TV connect by wireless wi-fi to the sky Hub? If so does the TV have the ability which most do to have an Ethernet connection between the TV/Hub by cable, and if so is it possible to do! You are just not supplying anything for anyone to assist you with!
