No acess to internet

The password for sky broadband was lost and i cannot get on the onternet, use tv. Any advice

If you mean the Wi-Fi password then it should be on the back of your broadband hub.

A factory reset will revert a Hub to the password on its label: if that's been removed then there's not going to be anything Sky can do other than replace the hardware.

Thank you. I have tried reset on modem and tĥen typed in the password. No luck. Need help. Xx

I have turned off, reset but no success. I have typed password on router but no success. Someone please help.

When you enter this password and it doesn't connect what onscreen message does it say, so does it say anything like "wrong password" ?
